Email us from the address on your OpenInk account and include a short description, the device you used, and any relevant purchase date. Never send a password or full payment number.
Subscriptions and refunds
App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account. Apple also reviews App Store refund requests through Report a Problem.
Account and privacy
We can help with sign-in, balance questions, purchase restoration, privacy requests, and account deletion. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription.
Support response time
We normally reply within two business days. Purchase or account-security cases may require verification before we can make changes.
